Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer 30 day returns on most stock items. Please read our full returns and refunds policy carefully.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days to return most stock items from the date they are dispatched.
Your jewellery must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, unmodified, and with all the packaging and tags attached.
Please note we cannot process refunds for any items where the tag has been taken off.
There are some products where we cannot accept returns. These exceptions are detailed below, please ensure you read these carefully.
What are the return policy exceptions?
There are some exceptions to our returns policy as there are a few products where we do not accept for refunds.
-
Outsized Rings
We cannot only accept returns on unworn ladies rings of sizes J-P and unworn mens rings of sizes R-U. We are unable to accept returns on sizes outside the ones mentioned above however it may be possible for us to resize these rings for a small fee. Please see the resizing section below.
-
Wedding Bands
We do not accept any returns on men's or women's wedding bands as these are specifically made to order.
-
Eternity Rings
We do not accept any returns on our eternity rings unless they are purchased from our 'ready to deliver' section. We make eternity rings to order to ensure they meet your exact requirements hence they cannot be returned.
All half eternity bands can be resized for a small fee (subject to how many sizes it needs to change by) however full eternity bands cannot be resized at all.
Due to the above mentioned reasons we operate a strict no returns and refunds policy on these items.
-
Tags
Any item be it a ring, earring or any other jewellery, we cannot accept a return or process a refund if the tag of the item has been taken off, irrespective of the reason. This is to ensure the item has not been tampered with and to assure our buyers they do not ever receive a used product from us.
-
Bespoke Items
If you have had an item made specifically for you (this includes if you have used 'choose your own diamond' on any of our stock rings we are unable to offer a refund or return option to you.
-
Engraved Items
If you have an item engraved are unable to accept a return of process a refund for these items.
-
Resized Items
If you have resized an item after the original order we are unable to accept returns or process a refund on these items.
Ordered the wrong size? Our Ring Resizing Service.
We strongly encourage you to check your ring size before placing an order to ensure you do not have to go through a resizing. We have added a ring size chart link to every product page to ensure its easy for you to get the correct ring size.
If you have still got the wrong size, do not worry. Almost all of our rings can be resized.
Our standard resizing fee starts from £40.00 however the exact cost will vary based on the adjustment required as well as the type of ring.
Please note that full eternity rings as well as engraved rings cannot be resized. (we may be able to resize some engraved rings but this will affect the engraving).
How long do refunds take?
Any jewellery sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed.
Once your jewellery has passed our quality checks, we will contact you via phone or email and process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that any refunds on a finance application may take longer than 10 working days.
In most cases our returns are processed within 2-3 working days. Refunds however can take 3-5 working days. This is due to the processing times of card companies and not due to a delay on our part.
For us to be able to identify your return parcel when it comes back to us, please note that you must include your order number. If you do not include it, we will not know who the returned item is from and your refund is likely to be delayed while we try to identify its origin.
How accurate are the product measurements?
We try and be as accurate as possible but since all our products are handcrafted, there is always a small variance although in most cases this will be completely unnoticeable.
You can read more about product measurements here.
UK Hallmark
All our products carry a UK Hallmark. Not sure what it means and why it is important? Please read the below mentioned to find out.
What is hallmarking?
The purpose of hallmarking is to protect buyers of precious metal items against fraud. The hallmark is a mark which shows that the item has been independently tested and verified as matching its description, and conforming to all legal standards of purity or fineness of the metal.
All items (over certain weights) sold in the UK and described as being made from gold, silver, platinum or palladium must have a legally recognised hallmark. The law is set out in the Hallmarking Act 1973 (which has been amended and updated on various occasions).

Ring Size Guide
Ring size measurements are very precise and it is important to get this right to ensure your ring fits perfectly.
In order to get accurate measurements, we have created a printable ring sizer, this will allow you to get the correct size for your finger as well as measure any existing rings you may have.
Please ensure you follow the print instructions correctly to avoid errors.
