As soon as you take your piece home. Cover runs for 14 days from the day you receive it.

What happens after the 14 days?
Your free cover simply ends, unless you choose to continue with a paid annual policy through Juno. That decision is entirely yours.
What should I do if I lose or damage my piece?
Activate your policy first, then report it to Juno. Where a repair or replacement is needed, Juno works with us so your piece is looked after.
Do I still need my own home insurance?
For the long term, many customers add fine jewellery to their home contents cover or take an annual policy. The free 14 days bridges the gap right after purchase.
