Yes absolutely, we would love to welcome you to our Hatton Garden workspace so you can see and try on our jewellery in person. Please note we work on an appointment only basis for visits.

Can I return my order?

We believe in providing a completely hassle free shopping experience for you. If there is anything you order that you wish to return you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund, no questions asked.

Please note the item would have to be in good condition (no dents or damage to the product) as this will void the return policy.

We do not accept returns on any customised items so if you have chosen a diamond of your choice or had the ring engraved or resized etc we will not be able to accept a return.

Can you engrave my ring?

Almost all our rings are designed in a way that they can be engraved however there may be some exceptions (the product description will state this if this is the case).

Engraving Information
  • We have a character limit for the engraving so please keep the message short
  • We have a selection of fonts you can choose from, someone will get in touch with you regarding this if you have requested engraving.
  • An engraving request will add 2-5 working days to the delivery date of the ring
  • We cannot accept returns on engraved products
  • Resizing a ring after it is engraved may alter the engraving so its best to ensure you have the correct ring size.

How do I know my ring size?

Can I resize my ring?

It is possible to resize your ring, however there are some exceptions to this (this will be stated in the product description).

Some rings may be resized only if the difference is small and multiple sizes may not be possible, please contact us if this is the case so we can look into it for you.

Please note rings with engravings cannot be resized as this may affect the engraving.

Do you provide jewellery insurance?

While we do not insure the rings ourselves, you get the benefit of a 14 day free jewellery insurance when you purchase from us (please note that you need to register and insure the product yourself and its not automatic). The 14 day period starts from the day the ring is sent to you and you can always renew it after the free period is over.

Do you provide a valuation?

All our products come with a free valuation so you do not have to worry about getting the details in place for insurance.

Our valuation includes the details of the product including the metal colour and carat, the diamond specifications including the certificate number if any and the recommended retail price for the product.

How will my order be delivered?

We use multiple partners such as RoyalMail, DPD and FedEx to send out products to you.

All products are fully insured against losses, theft and damages, till you sign for them.

Can I get a product quicker than the expected date?

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes ofcourse. You are welcome to come to our Hatton Garden office and collect your order in person. Please note you will need to book an appointment before you come in.

You will also need to carry some photographic identification for security purposes. The name on this photographic identification should match the name on the order.
