Returns Policy


Please note we only accept returns on certain next day delivery items (please confirm before purchase).


Keep in mind that we cannot accept any jewellery that is bespoke or engraved, anything that has been already resized. Any items returned must still be unworn in pristine condition in order for your return to be processed. Any jewellery sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed.


Once your jewellery has passed our quality checks, we will contact you via phone or email and process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that any refunds on a finance application may take longer than 10 working days.


How to Return Your Jewellery


If you are sending your ring back to us for resizing, please write clearly what size you would like us to adjust your ring too. 

For security purposes, please use the original packaging to send your jewellery back to us or a similarly sized package. 

Please include a note in your package explaining the reason for your return. This will help us process your return faster.

Every item has to be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured to our address:

Do not under any circumstances write Jay Nick London, diamonds or jewellery anywhere on the package. 


Drop off & Collection


If it's easier, you can personally drop off your ring at any convenient location agreed with us.

Simply book a drop off appointment by visiting our booking page  here (please note that Sundays are excluded). You’ll be notified when your jewellery is ready and you’ll need to book a collection slot with us. Please note that any drop offs and collection will require proof of ID for security purposes.
